OT: Barcelona swept!

Barcelona has been unstoppable all year - winning just about everything (including the Euroleague, where they trounced an Olympiacos team that had Josh Childress, Linas Kleiza and Big Sofo), and doing so convincingly. Until the Finals of the ACB. There, they ran into the Spurs' Tiago Splitter (also this year's ACB MVP) and just got swept! Maybe Ricky Rubio will have something left to prove in Spain next year after all.

Wonder if that increases the odds Splitter will be a Spur next season? He's good - I'd compare him with Brook Lopez.

To get some European style into the NBA we'd have to import coaches, not just players. I wonder whether any of the top 10 coaches there speak fluent English.
