He will probably have a bigger impact on the offensive end then his numbers will show seeing as he will take a very good rebounder in gasol/odom/bynum out of the paint allowing the suns to have a better shot at offensive boards. As for the defensive end he is gonna allow one of those three to get thirty points a game.

I'm pretty sure Odom can cover Channing and God knows Channing can't cover Lamar.
 
Aside from like 2 good games... he hasnt been very good in these playoffs.. so same old same old. :)
 
Lets put it this way. When the Lakers play the right way, and go inside to their bigs, that will cause problems for Phoenix. When they don't, it will be the opposite.
 
If Channing doesn't get a ring this year, it proves beyond any doubt that the league is fixed.

I'm eating spaghetti as we speak. Actually we're not speaking aloud, but you know what I mean. I'm rich enough to be a Costco member, but too poor to buy anything. I go there every week to keep up on TV technology and smell the muffins. Too proud to accept free samples, but in honor of this board I'll feel up the cold bag of meatballs next time.
 
Frye was just feeling out the Lakers tonight. He'll make the necessary adjustments in Game 2 and the Suns will win in 5.

You got it. Pretty much the last 2 series, no teams made Phoenix pay for having a few poor defenders out on the floor. Channing Frye got to guard guys that weren't offensive minded, so he got away with it. Now he can't.

This shit cracks me up..... when projected on our series w/them.

he did good against us because he can guard our guys? but cant guard odom so he fails? our guys suck that much more?

honest question, not trying to start flame wars. just trying to understand how phx has bad defense, considering they killed us on the defensive end.

Cause your O is easy and predictable to guard, especially when you compare it to the triangle

....and to the question before that....yes Im bummed Frye didnt suck MY balls....i had them a shaved smoothed and even "botoxed" them
