Just wondering. I'm watching the Houston/Phoenix game and they interviewed TP, and he spoke with a noticeable lisp. Sounded like he was mentally handicapped or whatever the PC term for that is. Or has he always been like that?

No, he didn't have a stroke. It's just how he's always talked.

Here's an old video of an interview of the perfect quarter, his interview starts at around 35 seconds. You can tell he talks with a little lisp, and he's just gotten older now. There's nothing wrong with him.

I can't believe you posted that. Because i was thinking the exact same thing. He looked like he was "punch drunk". I assume he sounded a little "off" because he was yelling over the crowd noise. But it was odd.

I agree it sounded like he gave the interview after being punched in the head. His body language was weird, he wasn't looking at the reporter or camera, and his eyes were kind of rolling back. It was rather strange, which is why I wondered, since I guess I haven't actually heard TP speak much, and certainly not lately.

It was maybe one of the greatest quarters ever played by a team ... EVERYBODY would look pretty weak compared to that metric.

FYI: you really need to stop doing the "sample size of one" technique with your inferential statistics.
