I don't think the last two sentences should have been written and are racist, but all else seems to be he wants the fan base to be balanced & not intimidating... And that he wanted to cater to the season ticket holder demographic... Again, the last two sentences of the paragraph you brought up were racist IMO. Didn't read anything else though, just that paragraph

And he should be entitled to his opinion & if people disagree, show that by not going or following another team...
