...what would it be? Anything from rules to the court to the ball to the rim....all is fair game. I welcome the funny answers but Im serious here. The game isnt perfect...Ill start...

Im in favor of widening the court. I think it is way too narrow of an area from the three point line to out of bounds. Another reason is the players are just bigger than they used to be, its too cramped on the court. Id keep the 3pt line the same, just widen the court something like 18-20 inches.

Yours?

Thats not what I mean....an actual rule or change to equipment...of course everybody was better refs

I'd have designated, lower level sections of rowdy fans..kind of like the Cameron Crazies or similar groups at every college. have to wear a certain shirt, can't sit down the whole game

That's easy. Ban the Lakers.

allow taunting, trash talking and give more leeway for players to complain without techs.

I've always thought the rule that if the ball goes over the backboard it is out of bounds, even if it lands in bounds, makes no sense, I'd get rid of it.

If the whistle blows for a foul, the clock should stop.

no more age limit(really age minimum).

it's a horrible rule.

did you hear Stern this week on Cowherd regarding this? un-fucking-believable.....just such a retard about this issue.
nope. i didn't hear about it.

oh and the dress code should be done away with as well.

I would say enforce the rules more evenly. There should be a single standard. For fans as well, I have to admit some fan behavior is over the line but clubs have vastly variably standards of acceptability.

I also would like to see the tickets follow the same rules as sporting events in Cuba: There are none. All seating is free, first come, first served. No one can "hold" more than one other seat, so some hog can't run in and save a whole section. That way the true fans will get in and get best seats and the corporate stiffs can stay home and make deals on their cell phones from home offices and not NBA games.

Allow fans to bring food - I can see no cans or glass bottles due to safety issues, but no sandwiches? Arena food is crappy and overpriced, and who wants to spend all of half time in line?

Set up a "fan corner" like the Kings do. At every game, there is a section where fans can foregather, take pics, get autographs, up to 30 minutes before game time. Make sure that at least a couple of home and road players stop by each game - make it a requirement that all players vist fan corner X times per season.

Better disability access. Strongly discourage wearing heavy scents - ever been stuck next to someone who poured a gallon of fragrance over him/herself? I've had to leave.

Kiss cam should not be limited to hetero couples.

Get rid of the 3 point line.

Crandc, the problem with first come first serve is, what about those who are in wheelchairs, or are disabled? Or have children with them?

Let's say I go with my wife and 3 kids and because I have kids I'm a bit late to the game. And when I get there, there aren't 5 seats right in a row or even in the same section? Forget that, I'd rather just not go to games if that was the case.
