Unsurprising. Kobe patterns his game after MJ and is a tireless worker. I'm sure you could probably find clips of LeBron, Durant, Melo, etc. having similar moves also. The fluidity in which MJ did it is amazing; and not to mention he could be grabbed and held unlike todays game. I think MJ realizes that Kobe will never be on his level because Kobe is learning from him.
I think MJ speaks out (negatively mostly) about LBJ cuz he is scared LBJ can surpass him.
Oh I really think your wrong. Do I sense a little Kobe hate? Why don't you go find some of those clips for us? Kobe is the 2nd most epic player in NBA history while Jordan is #1.

It's frustrating how blind hate for a rival flushes out all common sense.

Yep. Kome definitely worked tirelessly copying Jordan's moves. Kome's obsessive drive and attention to detail, and of course his athleticism, is what has made him such a great player. The point is it is amazing how those video clips match up perfectly. The way their legs are when they jump, where they are on the court, etc. It's practice.
This is interesting.
Kobe just his style reminded me a lot of Jordan. I think Jordan was more natural and polished. He didn't seem to labor as much as Kobe on each move. For everything Jordan did in that footage, It seems like it took Kobe twice the effort.
This is why Jordan is the superior player. Physically he was superior. There is one player in the league today that exceeds him in this department and that is LeBron. But MJ has nothing to worry about because LeBron will never be the player MJ was.
