Different situation. A player who they got in a trade for next to nothing, that was out of contract at the end of year that they did not want to pay big money to because they had concerns over his health.

They took Hayward from the team he spent 7 years at, while promising him a key role in a contender and they would be ditching him after 5 minutes of basketball because he dared to injure himself on the opening night.

We probably won't be in the lottery this year. So that's one former lottery pick that made a so-so impression in his rookie season (sold on him but difficult to sell on another GM in my opinion) and a pick in the 18-20 range + one of the worst contract in the league.

Right now we are tied in the loss column with a team currently in the lottery. So it could very well happen. But no I do not think that is enough. But I do think Collin is a pretty good fit in Pop's system though.

well, when you list just the name Davis, you leave it open for interpretation especially when someone else mentioned Anthony Davis in another post and Ed Davis has always been considered a role player off the bench and not as a starter where as Anthony Davis has always been a starter. Yup. Wall is soooooo overrated. He also strikes me as a huge diva. No chance in hell I trade a top 10 player for a top 20 player and think it's a fair trade.

It seems that there were comments that some of Wall's teammates felt that they play better without him when they went 7-2 before the break. I doubt it is true but for a message board or a radio show......that is enough to create trade scenarios.

Still a very weird situation. "Is back working with team". What does that mean? Is he in the cold tub, or riding a bike. I mean, he has been sitting on the bench during games. Maybe they need to do another MRI, to see what they've missed. He said it didn't feel right, even though the team doctors said he's OK. No one knows better than the player himself.
