Wow, I love the way he moves, got that herky jerky thing you just don't find in players over 6'2" very often.

Sick.

Then again, I felt the same way about a Perry Jones vid two years ago.

He's playing against 6 foot white kids that look like they belong in junior high. He doesn't look like anything that special to me.

Haven't read the thread, but this is big news.

Durant had a kid when he was 8 years old??!!

He's making effortless 3's from about 5 feet behind the line and no look passes. What exactly does it have to do with his competition?

Half those highlights are of him crossing up 5'8 white kids.

He's a 5 star recruit for a reason. He dominated against other future college players in the AAU circuit. He's still got another year til he plays in college.

The point still stands though. If I had his height and athleticism, I'd be dominating 5'8 white kids too.

me:"Hmm I wonder what this is about... from gonzaga... better check... Yep Mick posted it. IGNORE!"

I think every single person associated with Gonzaga, even if they aren't even playing at Gonzaga, should get their own thread on this board.

He'll be going to Kentucky would be my guess if he's that great, but whatever.

nobody is going to mention the last KD jr, austin daye?

Gonzaga's long list star players in college who turned into NBA greats over the last 15 years should persuade all 5* recruits to go there.

Adam Morrison
Dan Dickau
Richie Frahm
Casey Calvary
The one guy big guy who did acid and got kicked off the team and then let back on it - Highfelt???
Ronnie Turiaf - solid, but not exactly an NBA All-Star
Matt Santagelo
Blake Stepp
Matt Bouldin
Robert Sacre
Derek Raivio

Tons of NBA talent!

*yawn*

This is about as exciting as Olynyk's leaping ability.

-edit-

You know who else was a 5-star recruit who put up MONSTER numbers as JR in HS?

Travis "KG Jr." Outlaw.

Jeremy Pargo, Austin Daye....

If you want a guarantee to be in the tourney every year you go to play for Gonzaga.

That list is a better list than any other mid major conference team.

Olynyk's a cross between Marc Gasol and Boris Diaw. You wouldn't take either because of their leaping ability, right?

Or, you know, Kentucky.... :dunno:

Marc has the bulk of Sabonis. You can't compare the two.

Did you just compare a C to a SF?

Both bad comparisons.

Diaw has predominately been a PF his entire career with the exception of 2 years in Atlanta. Olynyk is strong. Without a doubt his style of play is very similar to Gasol's.
