I don't disagree that this happens constantly. That's obvious. But who has the weight and power determines some of the moral obligation. There was a tiny bit of lol stfu bullying going on by the person with the overwhelming position of power. It just rubbed me the wrong way.

As someone who used to have press credentials, I'm not 100% sure about the permissions/ethics of snapping photos in the family area under the Moda Center. You need a specific type of credential to take photos in the first place, and I was under the impression that those were only sanctioned in certain areas of the arena. So who's to say that the photographer had permission to take this photo in the first place? Who's to say that Dame gave him permission to post the photo?

Can I be like Christina Agulieria and rub you the right way?

Haha. How could the photo be Dame's? He's in it! Of course someone else took it.

I get that Dame should have done whatever instagram magic one has to do to repost something on twitter or what the fuck ever it was. It's the right way to do it, for sure.

On another note: In this day and age of constant reposting of everything posted and reposted on the internet, I suspect there are about a billion instances a day of non-attributed non-profit reposting copying sharing and editing of absolutely everything that is posted and reposted. Dude might be well served to get used to it instead of trying to publicly embarrass someone over something 99% of people don't give two shits about because they all do the same exact thing.
Correct. More evidence of Canzano's Assclownery.

Good point about the first thing. As for the second, Dame's Twitter account had ample opportunity to say he gave initial permission but instead retweeted posts from people saying he didn't have to do shot because it's a pic on the Internet.

My un-official take:

1.) Twitter is public domain, if you leave your phone number on the bathroom wall, don't be surprised when random people call you.

2.) If somebody takes a picture of you, you should be able to do whatever the f you want with it.

Reasonable if not in line with the laws.

<<This is actually me. Well, someone else's head is photo shopped onto my body. I don't want to scare any women or children who might see someone's screen.
