OT: Portland State football

They're looking good this year. Smashing Eastern Washington tonight. Cavanaugh looking like a great QB.

Of their last 3 opponents, Weber State is the toughest of the bunch. They could finish the year with an 8-3 overall record and 6-2 conference record. Not bad for bouncing back!

 

[THE HCP]

PSU football is kinda strange. Yesterday I'm cutting highlights at work and I have the Duck game coming into me on one side and the Viking game on the other. It was like watching HS kids play. There is such a drop off in talent from D1. I love them and will support them because they are my hometown team, but it is so slow. Like watching a Timbers game then watching English Premier League.
