Things are going from bad to worse for the Laker with the headband. Just a couple months after going 0 for the NBA Final, Sasha Vujacic has been cut by the Slovenian national team as it prepares for Eurobasket next week.

Think about that for a second — Vujacic is not one of the 12 best players in Slovenia now. If the NBA had a “cash for clunkers” program the Lakers might be getting in line.

It only means he's not one of the best guards - not players in Slovenia. Also, teams that suck often will give spots and PT to younger players.

Still, I can't stand the guy - feel free to post your pics of him crying!

nice pesky role player to have when his shot is falling. Hopefully his career gets back on track.

Is Sasha so bad now that he wont 3peat in the preseason award for "Most Likely to get Punched in the Face?"

He won the last two years running.

lol well unlike many in here, I dont view the Lakers as a team to censor a letter in their name, nor do I wish harm or bad things on any other player. And I like teams to be at full strength when the Blazers play them. So for him and the Lakers, and for the sake of competition I hope his career gets back on track. Same goes for every other nba player.

except maybe Garnett :P

I hope he is walking on the track, bends over to pick up a penny, and is struck by a train. But hey, that's probably just me. :evilblink:

J/K. I don't wish harm on anyone, not even Flakers. But I do hope the Flakers fail, fail, fail, and their little dog Vugapuke too. There are plently of other teams to compete with.

You're a Laker at heart.
