I blame Rebbeca Haarlow.

After she left for the Lakers there wasn't anyone good looking enough for Isiah to sexually harass. Sure we still have Rudy but who knows for how long, not enough of a sure thing for Mr Thomas to agree to take the job.

Pretty minor compared to when Jerry West was running the front office of 2 NBA teams at the same time.
