Can someone tell me what the point is, pushing the meetings out weeks and months before meeting again? Why don't they work on it daily, weekly until they come to an agreement? If they don't make any progress this time, I would bet their next meeting won't be until November. And if they don't make any progress then, they prob wont meet again until all star break. Eventually if they don't make progress. Lockout will be threatened again.
Why the seperation in meetings in something that is obviously very important, and something that needs to get done?
