What does this mean? I'm having a hard time parsing this sentence out... which is sad, I know.
My guess is some were wondering why Rudy was successful at PG because his ball handling skills aren't great and one would think if you just pressured him up the floor, it would throw off his game.
I guess Nate was concerned Collison might put that pressure on Rudy so he ran Collison down the floor (and not helping to pressure Rudy) by sending the man he was guarding quickly down court.
That is my guess . . . and if it worked that was pretty good coaching by Nate.
