And remember....in a lot of ways she has already "moved on". As for you, you will have to do so too, and creating a new life for yourself isn't going to be an event, its going to be a process...one that will likely take some time. Since you have kids to share it may take a long time before you truly settle into something new. Don't let anyone rush you. Go slow.
