Nice...heres an idea.Instead of outer glow,duplicate the layer (surtain) and on the bottom layer,gausian blur it just a little bit.It looks much better

I didn't see you post this yetersday lol, but anyway, I really like this man especially the text, looks really fancy. You should have duplicate the layer on the Patrick Surtain psd, then go to blending option > overlay or something to make this sig look a lot better.

I would just go with a whole different picture of Surtain with this sig, I donno, the quality seems bad & he doesn't really seem to fit in there well.Everything else is pretty good, I like the fonts you got on here and the background is pretty good.
