Pro Evolution 2008 will be out in North Americaby lateNovember I believe. Those rumors about Spring are supposedly full of crap. You'd be hard pressed to get the game from Europe anyway as they are usually behind theNorth Americanrelease in terms of often times kits, logos and other things.</p>

It hasnever been Spring and only Winter the last few releases now. Sources have put out that a late November release is not out of question just yet so be patient. Many European modders of the PC version import the North American release due to more features and better standard updates. But again, it is your money to spend so be my guest with what you want to do. I also do not download option files since the kits the console modders create are pixelated and usually incorrect. I need the kits 100% perfect. That's why I only take PC mods and use kitserver. It is more reliable, there's no risk unlike modifying your console's game, it is far more organized and you can add things as you please easily without relying on others to fix anything for you.</p>

As far as kits for FM goes, there is no comparison. I feel sorry for people buying the game for a console or handheld because you're being basically raped on this in terms of features. The number one thing being the Si editor. I can't play the game without having that in my arsenal.</p>
