Who's got the best Pho in the area?

Dogs go to S2 to pho. Not sure if theirs is the best, but lots of dogs, and a couple of cats, come around to sniff it.

When I lived in Portland it was Sweet Lemon in Bethany Village. http://www.sweetlemonvegan.com/

It was at least 5 years since I went there tho, so I have no idea if it is still good.

Last time I was in Portland I had Pho at Pho Oregon restaurant on 82nd Ave (because it was close to the air port). It was OK.

It's vegan, so one would assume no. (Sweet Lemon, the other one does have meat options).

It was really excellent however in the past - and I love Pho.

In all my life I would say this is one of the 2 best Pho restaurants I ate in out of Asia.
