Tech Phone locked out of S2!

Cleared cache, told it to save passwords but it didn't.

I keep record of passwords but the one I have for S2 they are saying is not valid.

I tried "forgot password", put in both my emails but got no email to reset.

I am still logged in on computer.

Tried to change password but saying current isn't valid and it's the only one I have a record of.

Suggestions? Create new account?
