...it's really a funny story, IMO. Anyone stop to think that it's just simply a one time dig at Boston and his pitching opponent last night? (Bucholtz) The Sox did not say anything during the game and after the game said it was "no big deal".

...Girardi was kinda coy about it during a post game press conference and Pineda played it down by saying it was a mixture or "sweat and dirt"...lol. The "substance" also kinda appeared and disappeared during the game.
