The Morning Call A 17-year-old boy was robbed at gunpoint today in a parking lot at the Lehigh Valley Mall for his new PlayStation 3 console, less than 12 hours after the game was released to the public, police said.

No one was injured but the man escaped with the boy's game console.

The boy left the mall with two friends about 11:10 a.m. and sat in the rear seat of a car, police said. A man walked up, used a black handgun to tap the window where the boy was sitting and demanded the game console, police said.

The robber opened the car door, put the gun to the boy's neck and took the console, police said. The man ran away. Someone in a car picked him up and they sped away.

Police described the man as being in his late 20s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing between 130 to 140 pounds and wearing a black hooded shirt and black pants.

Whitehall Township police ask that anyone with information call them at 610-437-3042.

That mall's like 15 minutes from my house. I have to say I dont have the desire to go there anymore. There was also a lady carjacked in that parking lot and they guy kept her in the car. She ended up jumping out on the highway and getting help. But they built a mall like 2mins from my house with the same stores so I just go there.

Actually, I'm gonna be going there tomorow probably. What other mall are you talking about though? Anyway, thats pretty messed up. I'm thinking either the 30 year old's a freak or he's thinkin about making ridiculous cash.

I dont know, but my brother was telling me that like a random person cant sell a PS3 on Ebay. People are trying to profit off of selling PS3's, and Ebay had set some type of requirements for people to sell their PS3's. I dont know the requirements, but all I know for sure is that a random person cant put a PS3 on Ebay to sell.

ebay are trying to cut down on profits on major events I think.

Ebay are not allowing tickets to the Ashes Cricket series being sold on their site (however it maybe by request by Cricket Australia)
