It's too foggy at the bottom and yeah you definitely need to work on the text.

V2 doesn't look any good to me at all. V1 is decent, as said above too foggy and text needs work.

I like V1. The bg is a little foggy and tje bottom so I would overlay that. The text is way too boring.
