Sucks that the season's over, but it's made me look forward to next year even more.

Jerryd stepped up bigtime in these games. It's what we really needed last year, and it's great to see him finally come around.

Martell FREAKING Webster! I liked how he was doing earlier in the series even though he wasn't always playing a ton. I loved that he stepped up tonight.

When he doesn't have to be the number one option, Aldridge is a great 2a or 2b.

Miller showed a lot of leadership, and absolutely smashed in game one. Like Aldridge, he's a great supporting player for the starting lineup.

Cunningham did really well in his limited minutes. Loved his hustle.

Camby was big for us as well of course. Having him and Oden next year will be wonderful.

Howard's leadership and veteran presence has helped out all season.

I wish it had come sooner, but Rudy had a decent game tonight despite a rough series. May be his last game as a Blazer though.

It's been a tough season, and I'm proud of how this team did. I wish we would've taken this series, but it was a fun year.

Just an amazing year. I think in time the legend of this season will grow.

Thanks for the memories, 2009-2010 Blazers.

Can you guys stop having major injures already?

kthxbye.

Bayless showed that he has heart.

Cunningham is a gamer.

It was a rough series, and a rough season, so I'm trying to think of some really good ones.

Great year from the Blazers, it just wasn't meant to be.

Next Year:
We will have a team where almost every player has started or had big time minutes in games.

Hopefully, our players will have all the time they need to get healthy. After this year, I think they've learned that their health is the number one priority.

GREG ODEN

Like you said, we found that LA is a great #2 option, Rudy may not be the player we thought he was, and Bayless could possibly be that guard we need next to Brandon. Martell always showed us all some great play.

Our second round picks showed they can play in this league, even Patty.

Without the injuries to Joel and GO, we wouldn't have gotten Camby. Wait until he only has to play 20-25 mpg. He's going to be even better next year. And that three man 4/5 rotation will be hell to score on down low.

I honestly feel that one of the positives is that we saw how weak our depth actually was. I really feel like we need to do some retooling this offseason. Rudy is not the player we thought he was. Bayless is talented, but he's clearly not a point guard. Webster seems too redundant with Batum. They both can shoot from deep and both play defense, but Webster is a slightly better shooter and Batum is a better defender.

I think we need a legit backup point guard and another scorer off the bench. Maybe someone who can slash. I would love to get someone who can get up the floor and attack the rim. We don't have enough of those guys. I'd also like to see us get a player that thrives in the post.

We've seen that we have some definite talent on this team. Roy is amazing. Aldridge is a good player, but he's definitely not a #1 option. Camby. Batum. Bayless. We just need to tweak our bench a bit. I'm fairly confident with a starting lineup of Miller, Roy, Batum, Aldridge, and either Camby or Oden next year. We just need to round out our rotation, but I think it's a good thing to find that out now.

Positives:

- Martell and Jerryd's play has improved this year

- Camby

- A few months without seeing Mixum posts.

Positives:

- This team usually took care of business against the bottom feeders they should have beat.

- We have Camby as insurance going forward.

- We got a sober assessment of the bench to make decisions in the summer

Timbers won their game in the 86th minute vs the Vancouver Whitecaps! I was at the game, with a good team winning for the night !

Is this the thread where I complain about the Outlaw/Blake trade?

Just kidding.

Positive: Rudy and Martell showing up in the biggest game of the season. All of the Suns' attention was on Roy and Aldridge. If our bench didn't step up, we would've lost by 30 and it would've been embarrassing. So thank you Rudy! Thank you Martell!

I honestly feel that one of the positives is that we saw how weak our depth actually was..

I thought we showed how STRONG our depth was. Our team underwent 8 surgeries (not including Nate) and we still won 52 games! That is a testament to our depth.

*Jerryd played his ass off. His role looks a lot more clear after this series: backup SG.

*Webster upped his trade value some.

I don't have to see jared dudley's face anymore, or watch nash lick his hands while dribbling. Or see his hair bob around on a drive to the hoop(which means he was fouled, just ask joey crawford)

We won 50 games....
Dante Cunningham is going to be a nice player when he gets the opportunity.
Andre Miller and Juwan Howard were great for us.
Marcus Camby.
Nic showed great improvement on offense.
Martell showed signs of improvement when he was given consistent playing time.
We know how great this team can be when %100 healthy.

Jerryd is our backup combo guard, and a good guard to play with Roy. It looks like a 3-guard rotation of Andre/Roy/Bayless is not just acceptable, but occasionally (and in the future more consistently) deadly.

Rudy's so streaky, but really seemed to be waking up in the last game and a half. I hope he does well wherever he ends up (even here!)

Jeff and Dante both have some great qualities. We saw Dante and Nic form a two-man press around some guys this season, which was awesome to watch. I hope he stays a Blazer for a long time. Jeff also has some surprising offensive skill! I hope he is ready to take over as backup PF/C when Camby and Howard retire in two years!

Speaking of Obi-Juwan... Father Time... The Rolling Thunder... I'm amazed at his ability to coach on the court, to lead from the bench, and to bring up two rookies into contributing pieces of a puzzle that desperately needed solving. Go Old Man River!

The team's got guts, heart, and fire! It's too bad that we were outmatched by an older, more experienced team. But next year, with Oden returning and the LMA/Oden/Camby rotation set, we may see a new era of Blazers defense. Can a team average10 blocks a game?

:D

And finally, I'm glad to have a pair of full season tickets for next year. It is a childhood dream realized, and this team is definitely worth it!

GO BLAZERS!

SF, PF, C are all set for the next year with back-ups included. Jay Bay has grown extremely well in this palyoff series! We might have Obi-Juwan, Dre Day, and the Camby man to teach the young guys a whole new year!
