So which of ya'll are going to go see this on next Thursday? I personally love the trilogy. Depp is one of my favourite actors and Jack Sparrow is one of the greatest characters ever thought of. Should be just as busy and crowded as Spider-Man 3 last Friday.

I will see it for sure, I love the movies. I am just hoping it isn't as long as the second one. Some of that movie could have been just cut out and it wouldn't have mattered.

Well I saw it on Thursday night and really liked it. Not gonna give it away. I'd say its about as good as the other two. Dead Man's Chest was my favourite.

It was the funniest of all for sure, but it was way too long and half the time you have no idea what the hell they are saying or talking about. I didnt like it, the 2nd film was the best. Way to many story lines going on, but I did like it how they balance the characters(like you didnt see too much of Sparrow, Davy Jones etc.)

I think they set it up perfectly for another as well. I dont think its that big of a problem if they include Will Turner and Elizabeth Swan Turner in the next one. Believe you me, they arent really the ones who make the first 3 films; it's all about Jack Sparrow. With a Rush/Depp movie, it can hold its own rather easily. It really wasnt like Bloom and Knightley were huge stars before the serries took off. I guess Bloom had the most success with the LOTR trilogy, but he wasnt and still isnt a top tier actor in Hollywood. Also, anyone like Kieth Richards character and cameo in the film? For how little time he was on screen, he played it well. I love Richards.

Ewww..this movie sucked IMO.Saw it tonight..too long and it didn't really go into one direction.I won't spoil the whole movie but if you've seen the other POTC you probably won't like this one. It was funny but it was freaking confusing.Some love connection suddenly developed between Will and Elizabeth..doesn't make any sense at all to me. It just came out of nowhere. Half of the movie it looked like Jack (Depp) was on a friggin acid trip.

Lol, the whole 10 different Jacks was hilarious...the only parts I liked. But I agree...way to much going on. They shouldve split it up in to and did a 4th Pirates.

In the first one it's obvious that Will has a thing for her and he ends up breaking up the engagement of her and Norrington. The whole reason Turner goes for the Black Pearl is because of Swan. In the end of the first one, they are going to get married. In the beginning of the 2nd, the starting scene is where they break up thier wedding and they are inprisoned. So finally in this one, they marry.

that was the worst movie ever. Not funny at all, like 50 different sub plots that don't even tie in to the story. I don't even know what the story was! Terrible movie. F-

Well, it wasn't as bad as the second movie, about a C minus for me. It seemed like they were setting it up for a fourth movie somehow. Whatever gets them money.

Very, very, VERY much so. It's unfortunate we didn't have a view from the bottom near the beginning. Teehee....And yes it was pretty obvious they had a thing for each other since the first movie. No surprise.I actually liked it. Good acting imo, nice fighting scenes, humor....and I'm a guy that really doesn't mind the talking and love scenes. It was confusing at parts and before the big <span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'> fight between the pirates and the white guys</span> at the end, the whole <span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>Calypso</span> thing was pretty pointless. There was a lot going on, but overall I really enjoyed the movie. Better than the first and the one with no ending.

I just saw POTC 1 on USA. I should have seen it before this one. In the 3rd movie they referred to a lot of things that happened it the first one. I didn't realize that because I had forgotten most of what happened in the first movie until tonight.

I've seen the first one and half of the second one. They arent as bad as most of yall are saying. They are decent movies, I just havent gotten around to watching 6 straight hours of pirates movies(and I dont know when or if I ever will)

It was funny because every single scene with both of them in it showed that they loved each other. I guess you just forgot or didn't see that. I forgot a lot from the first movie too.
