lol hot sauce you are an idiot...your statement about the lakers going out this round...it may have some basis...they didnt look too sharp last night and losing d-george doesn't help much either...but for you to be so sure of the spurs beating the Lakers while saying that the nets are gonna win the 2003 championship...umm that just makes me laugh? "HAHA"....they can barely handle the celtics if that (im still not convinced they will beat boston)...so what makes you think that they will be able to compete with any of the 4 teams that come out of the west...the nets vs the spurs/lakers/kings/mavs would all end in under 6 games and the nets would have a damn good shot at being swept...again...so um yah...basically i am saying you are an ass-clown that makes ridiculous statements and you should probably stop because the lakers have a better shot at winnin the championship (as slight as it may seem right now) than the nets ever will....

Hotsauce is just trying to be optimistic about his team, we else do u think hes not offering any actual explkanations. Because there may BE not logical explanationg why theyre going to win it but sometimes you just have a good feeling and thats everyones right even if theyre wrong in the end. You should feel ashamed of jumping on him for that.

The Nets aren't a championship caliber team and theres no evidence u can give to show they are but its youre right to ignore that.

i think the nets have a better chance against the spurs(even with duncan), because duncan's really there only proven scorer, while the mavs have like 5 proven scorers. i hope it's nets and mavs, would be a fun series to watch because both teams like to run.

either way the Nets dont stand a chance. The Spurs and Mavs are just soooooo much better. They each won 60 games the nets didnt win 50 and were lucky to win as many as they did as every contender in the east struggled mightily at different times. Its not just some FLUKE that the spurs and mavs won so many more games than the nets. theyre that much better and will toast the nets in a sweep if the nets even make the finals
