VN executed a Vietnamese Canadian woman a few years back for smuggling drugs to VN. Her daughter also got caught, but didn't get the death sentence.

Always check your luggage to make sure no one fucked with you by sneaking some of that good stuff in when traveling to those countries. They take that shit very seriously.

Last time they were advising people to saran wrap luggage at the airport due to the bullet scam. Someone would sneak a bullet in an open pocket of your luggage, then the police or airport would shake you down.
