Maybe I missed this in the mid-to-late 90's, but I never had heard any of this. And it's not some sleazy tabloid stuff...everyone they ask is basically like "Yeah, that was Sweetness."

Rough. I can't imagine what it would be like to get phone calls from my boss/friend all the time saying "you won't see my tomorrow, I'm killing my family then myself."

Looks like blood money to me. Some sleazy writer looking to trash a legacy. It's different than Ball Four (a must read for anyone who follows sports), and seems to be mostly for the money. I doubt I'll read it.
