Well from latest articles from o-live it sounds like Joel is more advanced with his healing than Greg. I don't think we will see Joel opening night (regular season). Our centers will be Camby and Pendergraph.
What can we see in Joel? Will he be slow and out of shape?

Let's see your degree from med school brah, unless you're the doc treating Oden and know the ins and outs of his specific case you have no basis to determine that it's a shameful effort on Oden's part.

I could've sworn I saw a quote from Joel saying something to the effect of "I won't be 100% for 2-3 years". If Oden said something similar like "I'm going to play on Opening Night, but I'd be about 75%, instead of just waiting a month or so to be 100%" I, for one, would have a problem with that.

Joel is something quite different. While a useful player and a pro on and off the court, he's not going to be the difference in a playoff series. At 100% or 75%. And he's on the cloudy side of 30...so if it takes him 3 years to get back to 100%, his 100% at 33 will probably look similar to Oden's 35% at 24.

Let's see. At the time, Joel's injury was said to be worse than Oden's. 3 months later, he re-injures the knee and has to start rehab over again. Somehow, it still looks like he is going to beat Oden back on the court.
