It's a program on the playstation 3 that allows you to make someone that looks like you, and go around different places (bowling alley, mall, plaza, theatre) and interact with people or play games (chess, pool, bowling, arcade games)

My roommate has a PS3 and just went on that for the first time...we both noticed something...People with PS3's wish they were black
