As per the Corvallis school board two years ago, they spent around 12K per student and had a four year graduation rate at 69 ish percent.....

The guy is clearly an idiot. My sense of the military is that it's a constant learning experience and for officers, war colleges and just study of previous warfare alone are rigorous academic pursuits.

As a Teacher I am appalled. I have a lot of respect for our military even if I don't agree with some of the reasons we have gone to war. I would never disrepect them. They are brave men and women putting their lives on the line. Totally classless.
