How hard would it be to incorporate a Java Chat Applet into the code that utilizes the nicknames and logins that we use on the message board for during-game real time chats?

We had one before and it was popular right away, but the popularity declined rapidly and nobody ended up using it after 2-3 weeks...

WHAT ARE YOU NERDS TALKING ABOUT!

Yea, I liked that chat but almost no one used it they all used AIM. However, I think it could work, especially in the Blazer forum.

He's talking about adding a Live chat feature.

Isn't that what we are doing right now?

Nah, it's like instant messenger - no page reloads and that sort of thing.

I'm sorry guys, I have women and a life to deal with. I never learned about all this geek stuff you guys know about. I use my computer for the internet, music, pics and movies..................... also, chatting with BeerBoy's sister! You know like, "Yes I am wearing my pirate outfit........... rub WHAT on my WHAT!?"

we used to have a chat feature?

if you did, it was before this place became popular for Blazer fans. It just seems to me that a real-time Java-based chat room for S2 chatters to log into and chat with each other during games would be fun. MIXUM could log on and scream for Kpee to be fired every time the other team makes a basket.

Sorry, was just joking around anyways. Can't see much from that site what it looks like. Would probably be cooler than the game threads. Although, I never really post that much in the game threads, especially home games. And I always like reading them after the games, to watch the people go from :ohno: to :ghoti:
