Question:Scratch disks?

Hi,does anyone know what those are? I can't open my Photoshop cause it says "Could not initalize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full" ,how I can make the empty?

Moved to the design forum. I've had this problm before, I usually just close down PS and open it again later, and the problem usually ceases.

Oh btw Martin, we now have another Estonian at JBB too, named Semmi.
