Interesting game. Flyers are a totally different team at home.

17-8-5 at home. 9-17-6 on the road. HUGE difference.

I think tonight is going to be a tough game for us to win, Flyers lose tonight and they will be sellers on Monday IMO. So they are playing for their playoff lives IMO. Makes me think they will play well and it will be tough for us to win this game.

Now with that said, if we do find a way to win I think we have an excellent shot to win the division. We do anyway of course, but a win tonight and I think we are the clear odds on favorite to win the division after the Isles loss to the Canes tonight.

Looking forward to seeing how we play tonight.

C'omon chuck, even if Philly wins tonight. They should still be sellers on Monday. There is no way that they are making the playoffs.

A delayed offsides not called until Philly called it.

I don't disagree with you Step, they are done, but if they are 6 points back they won't be in full sell mode. You know how these things work. Of course they are not making the playoffs, but 6 points isn't a ton with 38 points remaining. Plus they play Boston next weekend.

If they win and stay 6 back those players will still think they have a shot.

I do think Hextall might deal off a player or two either way, we'll see. They don't have any top UFA's this summer, so they don't have rentals to deal anyway.

This damn PP needs to get fixed. They're being way too friggin passive. They need to stop passing up shots. Take a shot and stop looking for the perfect shot. Take what's there and hope for a rebound.

Nice shoot by Moore. Wish he was more consistent.

The shot was deflected but once again Talbot's positioning was pure crap.

Meh....he was screened but he did a poor job at trying to see around the screen and locate the puck. Not really on him as Klein needed to do a better job at moving the Flyer player outta the way.

That being said the Rangers are letting the Flyers hang around. I'm sorry but they're not that good and their spot in the standings this season is justified.

Anyone else think Nash is still hurting? He seems sluggish and not his normal aggressive self since the CBJ game.

I think he's fine. Has had some good chances the last couple of games but has been stopped.

BTW...MDZ continues to suck beyond belief. I dont see anything different from his time with the Rangers. I wonder if the Flyers will resign him.

Del Zotto is an absolute underachieving piece of shit. Lost count of how many shots he has badly missed the net with tonight. Nothing has changed.

This PP is a f'ing joke. And that SHG was ridiculous and sloppy. Pisses me off.

Can't make it up that they let that piece of garbage score. Talbot I'm not even going to waste my breath anymore. They need Hank back.

1. Cam should keep his glove even lower next time..
2. What the F was Stepan doing. Ridiculous.

This is a shit game so far.

94 is right on about something, YES we have won a lot of games recently, but have we really played well? AND have we really beaten many good teams? I think we know the answer to those questions...

Boyle may be more useless than MDZ was for us. At least MDZ would shoot the puck. Granted he never hit the net, but Boyle doesn't do a god damn thing for this team. He's been awful offensively all year and even worse defensively.

LOL these dumbass announcers singing the praises of Del Zotto.

What's frustrating is that Boyle has been awful almost all year and has never been sat, but Miller makes one bad play as a young guy learning and gets benched for an entire game.

So not only is the PP not scoring but they're also giving up goals. Ughhh. Boyle is responsible for that goal. He didn't do a damn thing that entire time on the PP or on that short handed goal. Talbot was put in a bad spot there by Boyle just lifting around out there and not being aggressive. Seems to be the m.o. for this team lately on the PP.

I think it is as much on Stepan as anyone. He is not a dman, but he is the one who left DZ wide open on the other side, not Boyle. And clearly not a bad goal by Cam, but his glove was WAY too low.

Can we put Klein on the PP please? Seriously. Him and McD right now are the only two dmen I'd take out there.

The Rangers let Mason get hot in this game. They didn't attack enough early on. Boyle has been a flat out bust. Seven assists? Is he joking?

Just watched that goal again, and it was much more on Stepan than Boyle, no doubt about it. Stepan didn't even pretend to cover the wide open guy DZ.

I know Boyle is the whipping boy, and I get it, but that is on Step more than Boyle.
