You know Zucc would be in the deal. You know J. Moore would be in the deal. Wonder who else. And Yandle would be our "6th" dman.

Then we'd need to add something upfront I would think. Have to replace Zucc on some level.

If the Rangers move a first round pick it would be next year’s and it would be the fourth straight year the Rangers would not have a first round pick.

Yandle has a 5.25 cap hit through next season. How does that work for us this season and next season. I think Zucc would have to go. J. Moore would for sure.

Would you give a 1st and Duclair? The first I would, figure it will be in the low 20's at least next season. What about Duclair?

Girardi? Why would he accept a deal to Zona? And does that mean we'd keep Zucc? And I guess I'd say is Yandle an upgrade from Girardi?

Only one more year for Yandle though at a 5.25 cap hit.

Id put the odds that Danny G is involved at about .01%. And if he is involved I dont see the point of this. This team is not in the position where the roster needs to be blown up.

I see no reason that Sather will include Duclair and a first if Zucc is in the deal. Yandle is only signed for one more year after this year. I think J. Moore, Zucc and a prospect like Lindberg is overpayment as it is. Yandle is good but he's hardly this imposing defenseman that can play 25 shutdown minutes.

DANG Arizona was actually smart there. I like Danny G though he drives me bonkers at times. McD has been far worse this year. Gives us now a top 3 D.
