Alright guys, the first round has now ended (except for vcwannabe vs Voodoo Child). I have tallied up all the votes, and here are the results. The winner advances to the next round, while the loser must pack his bags and return home. (haha) Anyways, thanks to everyone that participated. I never would have thought this would turn out the way it did. And for those that advanced, good luck in round 2!

Well, I dont know. I just finished creating the wild card thread, and it seems to me that mostly everyone is for the idea of the wild card.......

Well, we could also have people vote on the seeding for the second round. 1st seed gets wilcard, 2nd seed gets 7th, etc.

As for how to vote, have people rank in order 1 to 7 from the 1st round winners and then tally the scores. That'll be fairer IMO.

I'm sorry, I'm kind of confused. So you just want people to rank the participants from 1-7 and the winner advances?

I dont know, as of now I guess we are just going to stick to things the way they are. Maybe we'll use your idea in the next round, because people are already starting to vote......

I see what Locke is saying. Kind of like the playoff match-up where the best rhymers go head to head later as they advance.

I like his idea, but to avoid confusion, I think it will be best to keep Brian's round 2 in tact. Maybe next time we should look at this idea though.

Yeah, because the voting has already started, I dont want to start another thread and confuse everyone (it's already confusing enough as it already is). If it turns out that everyone likes your idea, then we will use it after round 2.

EDIT: That seeding by Thrilla44 doesnt really rank the competitors by their strength, some people didnt win by as much because they faced someone their strength. Just an opinion, but yea im cool with the seeding.
