Coming off the eight-day NBA D-League All-Star break, the Westchester Knicks hoped to start a drive toward the first playoff berth in franchise history with a win.

Raptors 905, making their second visit to the Westchester County Center this season, had other ideas, using size to clog the lane and grab rebounds to stifle the W-Knicks’ offense early and forcing Knicks big men Thanasis Antetokounmpo and Jordan Bachynski into foul trouble and off the court for a large portion of the second half on their way to a 98-89 win.
