Poppovich commented that the Spurs have had a problem with the Blazers for a long time. The common element is we've had one of the best in the game at playing Duncan during much of Timmy's lengthy stay in the league, be it Rasheed or LMA.

I'm surprised no one picked up on this. Rasheed did battle when Duncan was "Best Ever PF" material, while Aldridge did so when Duncan was merely above average. Both fared similarly against TD. That limited scope tells me Rasheed was the far better player of the Blazer duo when his head was into the game, which admittedly wasn't often enough.
