Oh I thought of something cool. Crop the image just inside the border, then save it as a PNG file. Open it again, and extend the canvas size by about 6 pixels (relative), this will leave a transparent border. Now add the text in that space, and re-save the PNG file.

I was thinking of doing that, but I thought it wouldn't look good.
