Wow, I sure hope she doesn't do this sort of action during a blazer game, and grab our home coach after a loss when she meant to talk to Utah's Sloan (when Utah beats Portland at home). hahaha

Male reporters get called "assholes"..."Hey asshole, wrong coach!"...unfairly though.
 
She did graduate from Princeton so ditsy isn't the best word

I'd rather be called an asshole than called 'ditsy'. one is far more sexist in nature, and condescending towards women.

Well if its your job, you should be accounted for making an idiotic move, Harlow is just too bad of a reporter to be covering the Blazers and she has proved that many times over.

I think she is a great reporter. In any event, is a reporter supposed to be a savant? Why do you guys even care? Get off her back!!!!

I hardly think getting the coaches correct in a game you are supposed to be prepared for and broadcasting is on the same level as savant skills. It's not like we're asking her to sit down and play Requiem #9 from Dante's Collection Of Infernal Melodies.

While I don't care as it's obviously just embarrassing for her, you do seem a tad defensive...Dante, if you want a date with her, just ask HCP to set you up. He may even let you borrow his wheels.

I agree with yak, knowing the coaches of a game is hardly a savant level skill. It's her job. She's been watching the game all day, preparing interviews. Probably interviewed one of the coaches during the game. I'm guessing they generally have on something that says their school name. It's pretty embarassing, i think.

Also, (sorry Rebecca) did she not notice the BEAVERS clothing Riley was wearing?!?! lol geez Rebecca!

I agree with the first half of this. I don't think it's that hard to remember who the coach of U of O, OSU and maybe Portland State are. Three faces in total can't be that difficult.
 
People make mistakes...calling her ditsy is just chauvinistic. She is smart and really has it together if anyone wants my opinion...
 
Is it just me or should this thread be merged with the uneasy rider thread?
