Dice K isn't a professional baseball rookie, but he's still an MLB rookie so he's considered a hot prospect. I think Matsuzaka needs more time to develop in the MLB. In time, he'll be a harder pitcher to play against.I'm not a Yankee fan, nor am I really trying to defend them. But look at how many key players the Yankees had injured. Chien Mang-Wang (spl?) is quite possibly the best pitcher that the Yankees have in their pitching rotation. Hideki Matsui is a great hitter and a pretty decent outfielder. He'd definetly give the Yankees more chance to win. And Mussina is a key pitcher in their rotation. I'm not saying that with the players that I just mentioned, the Red Sox would lose. There would be more of a shot that the Yankees would win though. It'd be a lot more realistic than the Red Sox getting all cocky of how they swept the Yankees. And the next time someone says, "When's the last time the Yankees won the World Series?" I think you should smack that person in the face. The Yankees have won WAY more championships than any other professional sports in the history of sports. So yeah, that definetly includes the Red Sox. And that person's talking about the past? Rewind to last year. The Red Sox got swept and they even lost twice in a double header.Anyways, I think Red Sox fans and Yankee fans are both equally cocky. Cockiness only comes with success though. So you can't really blame either of them for how they react when they win or lose to each other.
