I realize I'm way behind on the pop culture stuff, but I just saw this as part of a marathon today on TV. Karl Pilkington is either one of the greatest deadpan comics ever, or a cheerful idiot with some really odd views. Having Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant kind of make fun of him while playing off of what he says. I haven't stopped laughing yet.

I think Pilkington just has a weird, different take and that's the fun of it.

But that show got tiresome after a while for me. Gervais sure is funny.
