Yes Sir you were one of the original Rockers, sold a ton of records done in your distinctive Creole style. Loved to hear the chord changes when you played piano. Learned ebonics listening to you sing. Seriously Fats I'd see your lyrics in print and go damn, is that what he said. The man could flat out bop New Orleans Style and get it done. After Elvis got drafted, Jerry Lee kicked out of England, Buddy Holly passed, and Chuck Berry Jailed you continued to Rock. A much better act than the Philly based jerk offs like Fabian and Frankie Avalon. Love your style so much I learned to mimic it on certain songs and would perform in front of others. You had some equals sir, but none better. Thank you for enriching my life with your sound.
