So let's see here. They sold their house in Belmont in 2009 because Ann Romney couldn't keep it up any longer because of her MS. They live in CA in the winter because of Ann's MS. They bought a condo in Belmont in 2010, which is now listed as their primary address. I don't think it's illegal to use a temporary address in between owning property, is it? Their state tax returns are still filed in Massachusetts, too. Or is it now illegal for any voter who doesn't own property to case their vote in the state they pay taxes to? That seems a bit Jim Crow to me.
