So? It doesn't make it any better than if it was brushed. I don't get why you think that makes you a better designer, use brushes, it's to your advantage if you use them the right way.

No, brushing is just taking someone's work and saying its yours.

In that case Filtering is Photoshop's work, and calling it yours. Use brushes. Filtering aint that great. You may have one theme for a while, then go to brushes for a while. Switch off.

Unless you're incredibly talented, and know almost everything about PS, brushing can really help you. I'm not saying just brush, brush brush, but using them along with Gradients, Patterns, Stocks, Custon Shapes. No offense, but you're not as good of a designer as you think you are, and brushes could really help you.

OMG..... You can't make your own filters, well you can, I just don't know how, and still they were built for people to use that have skills!!!!! Brushes are premades.

Most sigs/walls that use brushes end up LOOKING much nicer, which is all that matters.As for the sig, I really think you need to change the font, the pic needs to be repositioned but I like that "shadowy" effect you put on it, and the background is pretty cool. Overall, pretty average work, I give it a C.
