Do we really need a second Outlaw that wants Roy money?

I like Outlaw at Outlaw money. Gay thinks he deserves more than that. Some team might even be silly enough to give it to him. Unless the Grizzlies are giving him away for nothing more than haul-away costs, I don't want Portland to acquire him. A mediocre one-year rental isn't worth giving up anything of value.

I don't see why Outlaw's absence would matter to acquiring Gay or not.
