So here's what I don't understand...

I don't listen to Rush. Never have. Not really into AM radio politics.

Outside of the fact that this dude is a conservative provocateur, what has he done that's so bad that people would be happy about his death? People mourned Kobe and that dude was an ACTUAL piece of shit.

You mean, you need quotes? Like what has he said to tens of millions of people over the course of decades, spreading hate and lies? The amount of just racist comments he has made to his listeners has done nothing but spread hatred. It has undoubtedly turned people into racist, hateful people. Listeners....listen...and learn. He has been a gushing fountain of hate for literally 50 years. He has made close to half a $1B doing so. Throw in the comments about women and the man is a pathetic person who deserves what he is getting.

"The NAACP should have riot rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies." (Source)

"Everything in Africa's called AIDS. The reason is they get aid money for it. AIDS is the biggest pile of, the biggest pot they throw money into." (Source)

Responding to a caller who said black people should have a greater voice on issues: "They are 12 percent of the population. Who the hell cares?" (Source)

On Barack Obama, during the 2008 election: "A veritable rookie whose only chance of winning is that he's black."

"If any race of people should not have guilt about slavery, it's Caucasians. The white race has probably had fewer slaves and for a briefer period of time than any other in the history of the world ... And yet white guilt is still one of the dominating factors in American politics. It's exploited, it's played upon, it is promoted, used, and it's unnecessary." (Source)

"Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women access to the mainstream of society." (Source)

"Women should not be allowed on juries where the accused is a stud." (Source)

"Women still live longer than men because their lives are easier." (Source)

I'm a huge supporter of women. What I'm not is a supporter of liberalism. Feminism is what I oppose, and feminism has led women astray. I love women. I don't know where all this got started. I love the women's movement, especially when walking behind it." (Source)

"When a gay person turns his back on you, it is anything but an insult; it's an invitation." (Source)

On Beyoncé: "She's married to a rich guy ... She now understands it's worth it to bow down." (Source)

On Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown law student who testified before Congress about the importance of health insurance covering birth control: "What does it say about the college co-ed Susan Fluke who goes before a congressional committee and essentially says that she must be paid to have sex — what does that make her? It makes her a slut, right? It makes her a prostitute." (Source)

On Hurricane Irma: "You can accomplish a lot just by creating fear and panic. You don't need a hurricane to hit anywhere. All you need is to create the fear and panic accompanied by talk that climate change is causing hurricanes to become more frequent and bigger and more dangerous, and you create the panic, and it's mission accomplished, agenda advanced." [Limbaugh later evacuated his Florida home because of the hurricane.]

On the Central American migrant caravan heading toward the U.S. in 2018: "The objective is to dilute and eventually eliminate or erase what is known as the distinct or unique American culture ... This is why people call this an invasion."

Quality post!

You must be blind because even a blind man knew this dude is a fountain of hate.

So just words? You wish for a horrible death for someone that has only said some horrible things?

Are you kidding me?

Nope. Kobe was a piece of shit rapist. Not just the incident in Colorado. I knew someone who worked at the Benson Hotel and she said that a friend of hers was groped by Kobe when she delivered room service. The guy was a slimeball, and yet people mourned him like he was the best human being to walk the earth.

To my knowledge, Rush has only said a bunch of fucked up stuff. I don't wish cancer on anyone.

Clearly this is a waste of time with you. No not just words. The impact of those words but that’s over your head I guess. And yes I wish a horrible death for him. And I feel fine with it. No fake sad sympathy from me for shitty horrible people.

You hate Kobe because of his hand?

Then I feel sad for you. I don't hate anyone that much.

Where did I say I hated him? I said he was a horrible human being because he assaulted women. Or is that over your head?
Oh sorry. You just think he’s a “piece of shit horrible human being”. Splitting hairs is fun!

Do you think that men who assault women are piece of shit human beings? Or no....?

Side question - what are your thoughts on the death penalty? Pro? Against?

This is the shit that drives me up the fucking wall about liberals, and why I will never join their ilk.

You are so full of hate and yet you pretend to be the progressive party. Fucking hypocrites. Complete and total. You hate Rush because he spews hate, and you wish death upon him. Ironic as fuck. Hate begets hate. Apparently hate is only okay if it's a hate that you approve of. You can hate conservatives and cheer their deaths because tHeIr ThE bAd GuYs!

Look in the fucking mirror.

Yes I do. But I’m not the one afraid to say they hate someone who is a piece of shit. That’s you. As long as you say “but I don’t hate people” like that makes you a good person. But then follow it up with Kobe is a piece of shit and horrible human. It’s dumb.

What’s hypocritical? I blatantly and directly make it CLEAR I am glad Rush is gonna die soon. Make no mistake: the world is not better because of him. Good riddance. What does that have to do with being a liberal? I want terrible people gone. Period. When we know for a FACT it’s a terrible, awful person, I want them gone-away-dead. Sorry that got your feelings hurt.

Because apparently you missed my first post where I said that Kobe was a piece of shit and was widely mourned.

Rush's death is apparently celebrated.

You don't see a problem with that?

So again, what are your thoughts on the death penalty?
