No. If it were true, which 90% of our intelligence agencies have serious doubts about, having seen no credible evidence of any kind, it would be funding an act of terrorism.

But it's merely a discounted rumor, started internally by the exact same Deep State insurgent in our CIA who then "leaked" this fake news to the NYT and added the lie that the POTUS and VPOTUS had been briefed about it and ignored the threat.
