Ryan: Geno Smith still Jets' starter

Ryan expressed confidence in Smith, reiterating that he's sticking with him as his starting quarterback, but he made it clear there's a limit to his patience. Ryan was critical of his careless ball handling, saying Smith needs to make an immediate improvement.
