Question, Brian is getting dinged for Ricky Rubio on his cap.... but Rubio isn't in the league, so he isn't getting paid. Doesn't Brian simply own the draft rights to Rubio, nothing more?

WTH? I just hold the rights (unless you want to make him a player this year, which is fine by me ) so the cap hold goes on in FA period 2010 and is removed at the beginning of each season he's not playing for me. At least, according to the CBA.
