Fifth-seeded Sabine Lisicki continued her roll through the Texas Open, going into the semifinals as the top seed remaining and having yet to lose a set.
Lisicki, ranked 23rd in the world and coming off a semifinal at Wimbledon, defeated Kateryna Bondarenko 6-1, 6-2 on Thursday in a quarterfinal. She will next face eighth-seeded Irina-Camelia Begu, who is ranked No. 48.
